Tums & Bums is a low impact aerobic and toning class suitable for a wide range of age and ability - 16 to 60+

Pilates is ideal for anyone wanting to improve the strength of stomach, back and pelvic floor muscles, it is a matwork class and can be very useful for anyone with back / neck problems, it also improves flexibility and reduces stress.
