What is Pilates?

  • A mat work based class, using controlled flowing movement to strengthen the muscles that stabilise & support the spine to improve balance & posture,
  • A progressive exercise program that will challenge your core strength resulting in better posture, mobility & flexibility and fewer aches and pains in the body,
  • Traudi your Pilates coach will encourage each person to work at a suitable level to gain more confidence in their movement to lead an independent and active life.

Who is Pilates for?

  • You, if you want to give yourself the best start to 2019, investing in yourself & your wellbeing with a healthy happy back,
  • You, if you want to improve posture, gain strength, mobility & flexibility through movement to allow your body to function better in everyday activities,
  • Beginners and improvers of all gender and age from 18 to 80+ are welcome to learn this positive approach to Pilates in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

When is Pilates?

  • Every Tuesday & Thursday on a weekly basis
  • Tuesday morning at 9.15 and 10.30
  • Tuesday evening at 17.15 and 18.30
  • Thursday evening at 17.15, 18.30 and 19.45
